    • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Physics plus 5 year experience in semiconductor characterization using RF tools for various measurements – S-param / noise/ loadpull
    • RF circuit design
    • C/C++
    • python
    • Smalltalk
  • Wanted Skills:
    • Masters in EE or Physics with 2+ year experience in RF characterization
    • Device Physics and RF circuit design background
    • On wafer probing experience
    • Calibration and S-parameter testing up to 100GHz
    • Experience with Loadpull calibration and testing
