Kapital is a large system for risk-managing complex financial derivatives, powered by VisualWorks and GemStone.  The advertised role works with front and middle office, so good communication skills are wanted.  Prior experience in application development and OO languages (doesn’t have to be Smalltalk) is required, and they would like some understanding of financial products.
